I talked to Shahrukh and shweta (the employees in your firm) regarding visa service and paid 10K.. but the commitment got failed and became false .. now i have lost the trust from your company. Tomorrow they promised us to refund our money and we filled the refund form also .. but today they changed their commitment again and denied to refund the amount..
I humbly request to you to refund the amount as soon as possible.
